Reservations;
I strongly recommend booking early to avoid disappointments. The best way to do that is to ask early about your preferred dates and see if we can secure those time frames for you. Once we confirm our availability for those dates, it is best to apply a $50 per person deposit to secure this date. This deposit can be done with a credit card or email money transfer.
We require a deposit now as a response to having had too many instance when people make a reservation and don't show up while in the meantime I have told other people I was not available.
Deposit are non refundable.
You can try and reserve a time without a deposit but you risk to not have that time available if someone else secures it with a deposit.
It is best to give a contact method to be notified in case your time frame has been booked by someone else.

If you make a reservation for a certain time, please be punctual but don't arrive early. I always maintain all my equipment between appointments and only set up a few minutes before the appointed time. Arriving early is just not cool as it gets in the way of my set up.
But don't arrive late either. If you reserve a one hour session but arrive 10 or 15 minutes late, you do risk having your session cut short as a result. I can sometime be flexible but if I have appointment scheduled after yours then you have to respect my time as I respect yours.

Personal hygiene
I really shouldn't need to have this here but unfortunately I do...
I take pride in looking after myself, my body mind and soul. The studio is always well maintained. The floors are washed between sessions and so are all the gear you may come in contact with and of course I have and maintain impeccable hygiene. I do expect my guest to extend the same courtesy back. I understand if you find yourself needing to shower before a session if you are just coming after work or whatever. If that is the case it is best to express such needs ahead of time so it can be incorporated in the time allocation.
I am glad that this has never happened but I do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unfit to serve for whatever reasons.

Fees...
The fees that I'm asking for are based on current market values and on what is deemed reasonable for what I offer. Those fees are not open for negotiations unless you are struggling with the effects of sexual abuse in which case I can be more flexible as your wellbeing and healing is more important to me then financial gain.

Please try and have the right amount if paying cash (preferred method of payments) as I do not always have change available. Remember that if paying by credit cards, a 3% fee applies.
I need to know ahead of time the lenght of the session you want to book. The timing of the massage varies based on its lenght. Payment are due and payable upon arrival and cover the lenght booked. If you book a 90 min or longuer session but must cut it short for whatever reason, you stil pay for the entire session. Please do not embarrass yourself or me by asking for a discount... I book my sessions based on your requirements and it does affect the way I do bookings. Please respect the fact that my time is valuable as well.
